Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Katalyst CRM (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account & eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued. We may change pricing on renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe on others’ rights, or transmit harmful or unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. We process your data to provide the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time in CSV format.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katalyst’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
